As Manager of Real Estate & Facilities at UFA Co-operative Ltd., he oversees nearly 200 sites and $300 million in assets, driving strategic initiatives that have delivered significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Earlier in his career, Brendon advanced his agricultural real estate expertise with Ritchie Bros., where he managed major property transactions and land sales across Western Canada. His leadership has consistently produced multimillion-dollar returns through complex
negotiations, asset optimization, and land-use strategies. A Canadian Armed Forces veteran,
